Appointments

In a busy world, we realize your time is important. When you call our office we will do our best to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.  If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We understand life happens, but to better serve all of our patients, we do request a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Copays and/or coinsurance towards deductibles will be collected at the time of service.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist. If your insurance requires a referral, please ensure your primary care initiates that process and that the dates are valid prior to scheduling any appointments. Once we receive referrals from any PCP, we will contact the patients as soon as we are able.
